- like a farmer you spread seed around the world
when you smile at a fellow or may be even frown
you spread some seed, from which one day
you shall receive your rewards
rom which one day you may depend on
sow for you shall reap
go on sow the seed
deep in the belly of the earth
let it bring back what you gave
like trees and crops do
sow so you reap
